Na₂Be₂Si₆O₁₅.H₂O

This sample of epididymite is displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Epididymite is a silicate mineral of beryllium and sodium with the composition Na₂Be₂Si₆O₁₅.H₂O. The samples at left are from Narsarsuuk, Tunugdliarfik, Greenland. The sample far left is about 3x3 cm.
