Ba[Al₂Si₃O₁₀].4H₂O

This sample of Edingtonite is displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Edingtonite is a barium aluminum silicate mineral of the zeolite group with the composition Ba[Al₂Si₃O₁₀].4H₂O. The sample at left is about 1.5x4 cm and is from Bohlet mine, Westergotland,Sweden.
